Ok, I have grown my hair many times in the last few years. Once my fro gets too big it becomes a crazy hassle for me... I get lazy and it soon turns into a full blown mop.. so I like to have a trim now and then. It's good to have a good hair cut now and then.. Seki, Lester and Chris have all had thier own major de-hairing experiences recently too lol. I always feel refreshed after a good cut... I dont like that actual cutting because hard work goes into hair but... a distinct fresh feeling is there everytime.. metaphorically losing and the bad clogged up in my hair... Confused
I hope that answered your question... somehow lol
Im growing again.. Check out the DVDs for more Variations of Believe hair styles lol

Peace out repel dude!
